Cancellation Policy

All clients recognise the safety and security of the rehearsal room is paramount, in particular the safety and responsibility for themselves and any other guests they bring into the facility (band members, additional vocalists/musicians etc). As such any misuse or damage of, and equipment theft occurring in the time allowed with this booking will be fully charged back to test person making teh booking. The client also recognises that video security cameras are present inside the main room and exit to street, and whilst being recorded, such recordings will remain private to the clients, unless required to identify misuse by the client or any privileged guest. The Client also recognises that keys to the inner door must be returned to the key safe position on the wall between the main street exit and inner room door, remain the sole property of the operator and will incur a replacement key charge or £50 if removed from the premises. Equipment and cables used in the rehearsal room are provided for use free of charge, whilst the client makes use of the room, however if misused, damaged or removed from the room will be charged at their full replacement value. The outer (street) door to the rehearsal room is secured by way of a combination locking system which requires an access code, which will be provided to the client by separate email prior to the rehearsal session starting. The access code will 'time out' 10 minutes after paid sessions expire, and any further access to the room will only occur through a new (paid of) booking.
